Bellona’s Northwest Russia Renewable Energy Forum is arranging a working group meeting for individuals interested in participating in the design, development, financing and implementation of wind energy projects in Northwest Russia. The purpose of this meeting is to facilitate the creation of concrete projects in this sector.
